Sunday 8th of January 2012. Limited mobility and spending a lot of time in wheelchair has made my attitude lax about staying in shape. I’ve a knee surgeon appoint. at the end of this month. Until then though I can add Pilates and some Kundalini yoga back into my life. This is my starting point.
Edit: I’m not trying to lose a bunch of weight just tone up and gain some muscle.
Any lovelies want to be fitness buddies and hold each other accountable?
